In the event a product does not fit or meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of your purchase in its original condition for credit or exchange (subject to availability). To obtain a Return Authorization number, please call us at 1-800-652-5200 or e-mail sportconsumer@newbalance.com and reference your order number.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will either provide you with a no charge replacement or credit the card originally charged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
